How do I pay for a plan?
All paid plans are processed through Stripe — you can pay with any major credit or debit card. Your payment data is handled securely by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — cancel anytime from your Commodity-B2B dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
Are refunds available?
No refunds are issued for any plan or Boost purchase. Please review the plan features carefully before subscribing. You can always start with the free Standard plan to evaluate the platform.
What happens to my listings if I downgrade?
If you downgrade to Standard, listings beyond the 7-listing limit will be hidden (not deleted) until you either remove some or upgrade again. Your company profile and account data are preserved.
Is the Boost add-on a subscription?
No — the Boost is a one-time Stripe payment of $5 per listing, per 7-day period. It does not auto-renew. You can boost the same listing multiple times or boost different listings independently.
Are buyers really free?
Yes, completely. Buyers can register, browse the marketplace, post RFQ requests, and contact suppliers at zero cost — no credit card required, no trial period, no catch.
